Sony vs The World and George Hotz. The lawsuit continues but continues to be delayed do to questionable jurisdiction.
Even though Sony’s legal department is spending quite a bit of time and energy suing over PS3 hacks, they still had it in them to serve the YouTuber xxmajstor, Abdullah Ahamad over the leak of 2 videos featuring the new PSP Phone in action.
Activision is ready to push on with the Next Call of Duty Modern Warfare and has given the challenge to the new developer Sledgehammer Games. Modern Warfare 3 is planned to be pushed out toward the end of 2011.
Valve takes Portal 2 cross-platform with their multiplayer spanning from the PS3 to the PC and Mac. Any chance we may see this on the Xbox 360 as well?

Kingdom Hearts announced for the 3DS and titled “Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.” No announcements for North American release date have been made.
According to a Japanese newspaper, Sony to launch Playstation Smartphone in spring. Sony called the newspaper report “speculation” and declined to comment.

Dead Space 2 is NOT Delayed. The game will be in stores on Jan 25, 2011 in the US and Jan, 28, 2011 in the UK.
The Call of Duty :Black Ops First Strike DLC will be available for the xbox on Feb 1, 2011. For those of you playing on PS3 and PC, the waiting game continues.
The Bulletstorm Demo will be available on Jan. 25th while the official game release date is set for Feb. 22 for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
